SP956/SP1050/SP1250係列瀝青混凝土攤鋪機，是吸收現代國外攤鋪機所采用的先進技術，結合公司在控製技術方麵的多項技術，在公司RP係列攤鋪機的基礎上開發研製的路麵攤鋪施工高端設備。主要用於瀝青混合料的攤鋪，也能滿足路麵穩定土和RCC材料等多種材料的攤鋪要求。它是機電液一體化的高新技術產品；性能先進，設計合理，工藝精良；主要配套件均選用世界著名品牌，產品的技術性能達到世界領先水平，品質達到國際一流，是公路道路施工的理想設備。
動力係統
選用VOLVO公司的TAD722VE柴油發動機，該款發動機低噪音、低排放。EDC4電子控製係統，發動機功率200kW，動力強勁。
可根據需求選配DEUTZ(道依茨)TCD2013L06發動機。低端可選配道依茨一汽（大連）柴油機的BF6M1013產品或上柴公司產品。
行走係統
SP係列攤鋪機的左、右履帶采用兩套獨立的閉式液壓係統分別驅動，技術的行走模糊控製方式，保證機器能夠精確的直線行走和平滑的轉彎，並可以通過行走自動裝置實現機器按要求的運行軌跡自動行駛，確保攤鋪質量。履帶漲緊裝置可以根據用戶要求選擇自動或手動，自動漲緊裝置是通過一套獨立的液壓係統來實現，能夠保證左右履帶漲緊力一致，不需要人工調節。履帶自動漲緊係統在攤鋪機起步時自動開始工作，停機時使履帶處於放鬆狀態，有效減少履帶的磨損，進口加厚橡膠履帶板，延長履帶的使用壽命，降低設備維護成本。
輸料係統
輸料係統的左右刮板輸送器采用獨立的液壓係統分別驅動控製，其轉速可以是恒定，也可以選擇無級調節和反轉。刮板輸送器上的料位傳感器為機械式，速度控製為開關式，這樣的設計是為了減少攤鋪材料在輸料過程中產生的離析。
分料係統
分料係統的左右螺旋布料器液壓獨立驅動控製，采用獨立的液壓係統分別驅動控製，轉速無級調節。螺旋布料器采用超聲波傳感器，可按比例控製螺旋布料器的轉速，這樣能夠準確地調節螺旋布料器的料位。螺旋布料器的高度采用液壓調節的方式，調節範圍0-10cm，以適應攤鋪施工時對不同層厚的需要。
主控係統
采用當前先進的CAN總線技術，主控製台采用觸摸式鍵盤操控，彩色液晶顯示器顯示。與各個工作位置一一對應的觸摸按鍵可以讓操作人員輕鬆控製攤鋪機；顯示器會隨操作者選取的不同功能而相應切換，並清晰地顯示操作功能和信息狀態。控製器具有攤鋪參數存儲功能，可以選擇常用工況的攤鋪參數存儲下來，一旦開始攤鋪，不需對各參數進行重新設定，直接選取存儲的各項攤鋪參數，提高了施工效率的同時又避免了人為誤差。
故障報警及保養提醒
故障報警係統能夠對常見故障進行分析，一旦機器狀態存在問題，可以及時在液晶顯示屏上報告問題的原因，提醒操縱人員進行維修。機器的保養要求同時也存儲在控製器中，提醒維護人員按時對機器進行保養。
熨平板
機械加長熨平板基本寬度2.5m，最大攤鋪寬度12.5m，雙夯錘偏心振動，燃氣加熱，拱度機械調節。標配機械張緊，可選配自動張緊和熨平板加/卸載、熨平板防爬鎖。
液壓伸縮熨平板，優化的結構設計，即使在惡劣的攤鋪工況下，也能保證熨平板的強度和剛度。熨平板側拉緊機構，可根據熨平板的伸縮自動調節，大大提高了整個熨平板的水平剛度，即使在水平攤鋪阻力很大的攤鋪工況下，熨平板也不會水平彎曲變形。
找平係統
攤鋪機采用了德國MOBA的數字式找平係統，標準配置為：2個數字控製器，2個縱波傳感器，1個橫波傳感器及輔助裝置，可升級為非接觸式平衡梁找平係統。
集中潤滑係統
電腦控製集中自動潤滑係統，保證各機構的充分潤滑，使攤鋪機的維護工作量大大減少。
操縱環境
可滑移的司機座椅，具有全方位的視線。布料器槽、料鬥、方向指示器等均在操作者視野範圍。自動升降的頂蓬，具有無阻礙視線，方便轉場和運輸。

高強度耐磨材料製造的刮板底板、螺旋葉片和熨平板底板，經久耐用，性能可靠、堅實耐用。

SP956/SP1050/SP1250 series of asphalt concrete paver, which is the next generation products after the WBEST RP series of asphalt paver, integrate the international advanced technology and WBEST-owned patents. SP series are mainly used in asphalt paving, and also in stabilizing soil and RCC material etc. SP series adopts the world brand key components and is the ideal equipment in road construction.
Power System
Equipped with VOLVO TAD722VE diesel which has a low noise and emission, EDC electronic-control system and 200kw rated power.
According to real need, DEUTZ TCD 2013L06 is optional engine. For low end optional engine, either DEUTZ-FAW diesel (BF6M1013) or Shangchai diesel can be available.
Travelling Speed
The crawlers of SP series of asphalt concrete paver (L/R) are driven by closed hydraulic system separately; patented fuzzy Control Travelling Technology ensure the machine to travel in straight accurately and steer smoothly, and to do an expected travel under the control by the automatic driving unit. Crawler tension unit can provide automatic and manual option according to user’s need. Automatic tension unit achieves its effect with a set of independent hydraulic system and ensures the equal tension at left/right side without manual adjustment. This unit starts to work automatically when paver moves, and enable the crawler to loose when the paver stops, reducing the wear and tear of crawler. Imported thickening rubber tracks has a longer life and low maintenance cost.
Material Conveyor System
The feeder conveyor (L/R) adopts independent hydraulic drive system, the rotating speed can be constant, stepless or reverse. The level sensor in the feeder conveyor is mechanical type, speed control is off and on mode, this design can reduce the segregation in conveying the paving material.
Material Distribution System
Auger(L/R) which is under hydraulic drive control independently, has stepless rotation. Auger adopt the supersonic sensor which controls the rotating speed of auger in proportional control. The height of auger is under hydraulic regulation and has the range of 0-10 cm to adapt the different thickness in paving.
Master Control System(MCS)
adopt advanced CAN technology, console adopts touch-key and color LCD; LCD can switch the video under operator’s order. The controller has the parameter memory function, store the usual operating modes before paving, the opeartor can directly select the expected mode and need no reset.
Failure warning& maintenance alert
this system can analyse the common failure and show the cause in the color LCD. The maintenance programs is also kept in the controller to remind the serviceman to do a regular maintenance.
Screed
Mechanical extension screed has 2.5-meter’s basic width, 12.5-meter max. paving width, double-pounder eccentric vibratory, gas heating, mechanical adjustment for transverse leveling. Configuration has mechanical tension, optional configuration has automatic tension and screed installation and dismantlement and anti-creeping lock.
Hydraulic telescoping screed has an improved structure, and still keep qualified strength even under poor working condition. The side draw bar can adjust automatically accroding to the extension of screed.
Levelling System
SP pavers adopt German MOBA digital levelling system, standard configuration has 2 digital controller and 2 Longitudinal wave sensors and 1 transverse wave sensor and auxiliary units, this system can be upgrade to Non-contact Balance Beam Levelling System.
Centralized Lubricating System
Computer-controlled Centralized Lubricating System ensures the sufficient lubration for each part and reduce the workload of maintenance.
Operation Enviroment
In the skid mounted driver’s seat, the operator has an all-round view, and see the trench of material distributor, hopper and direction indicator. Self-elevating headlining keeps a clear view and has a convenient transit.

The baseboard of scraper blade, auger and baseboard of screed are all made of high strength abrasion-proof material and charactered with high reliability and long durability.
