  控製係統Control system

  1) 電液控製的有效結合effective combination of electro-hydraulic control

  全麵負責對發動機、液壓泵、液壓閥和整機的複合控製,及對發動機、液壓係統、工作狀態進行整機運行狀態全麵檢測和保護。由電氣設備檢測設備的工況,並根據施工工藝要求驅動液壓和機械設備的動作。

  3)智能故障診斷技術Intelligent Fault Diagnosis

  故障診斷裝置通過循回檢測的方式檢測發動機、液壓係統、控製係統的各項技術參數,來判斷鑽機的工作是否正常,在出現故障時及時控製停機,給出故障代碼,防止對機器造成較大的破壞。

  驅動裝置Drive unit

  超強的鑽進扭矩;配置雙馬達、雙減速機,動力更為強勁;獨特的輪轂內置可拆換鍵;滑輪架滑板磨損補償機構技術;動力頭轉速電子分檔控製,保證整機運行的平穩性;采用兩組力士樂馬達、主減速箱;回轉支承的回轉通過其套筒式主軸內牙板驅動鑽杆旋轉,實現鑽孔的主運動。

  變幅機構Luffing mechanism

  鑽杆Drill rod

  摩擦式鑽杆Friction drill rod

  操作簡便,鑽深大(比機鎖杆層多),提鑽時無鑽杆內外層脫鎖問題,提鑽順利;靠摩擦力向鑽具傳遞主機加壓力,下壓力較小,不適合鑽進硬地層。鑽杆上的減振彈簧依據不同的鑽杆在放繩時的慣性力設計,利於保護主機。

  機鎖式鑽杆抗扭能力大,向鑽具傳遞壓力大,無傳壓損失,適合鑽進硬地層。機鎖式鑽杆采用高強合金管材,耐磨合金鍵條,並對加壓點、下管部件、擋環、傳扭點作特殊的設計和工藝處理。製備過程中對鑽杆關鍵件進行全程控製,確保高可靠性和長壽命。

  Mechanical lock type drill rod

The mechanical lock drill rod using high-strength alloy pipe, wear-resistant alloy key bar, and special design and process on pressure applied points, down tube parts, retaining ring, torque passed point. The key parts of drill rod are under control in the entire preparation process to ensure high reliability and long life.

  鑽具Drill tools

  鑽具主要有鑽鬥、螺旋鑽頭、嵌岩筒鑽、離心卸渣鑽具、擴孔鑽等,可鑽進粘土層、砂礫層、卵石層和一定風化程度的岩層。
