焊槍故障Welding torch fault

1.焊槍未能正常引弧焊接，如果5秒鍾內不能引燃，操作工應按急停按鈕，立即查明原因。

If the welding torch can not fire within 5s,it should be cut off the button and checked the reason.

2. 造成的原因有可能有：焊機未開；鎢極與帶材距離過大；鎢極易氧化，帶材表麵過髒或氧化層過厚。

Reasons:The welder is cut off;The distance of tungsten electrode and strip is too large;The tungsten electrode is easy oxidation;The strip surface is dirty and the oxidation is too thick.

3.故障排除後，重新引弧啟動。

It can be welding after troubleshooting.

1.設備安裝斷電保護裝置

Power off for installation

2. 機器在運作是，嚴禁靠近焊接機

Keep off the welder during running.

3.在焊接過程中，工作人員一定要有保護措施，如佩戴焊接防護眼鏡或麵罩來保護眼睛和臉部，穿阻燃工作服等保護措施。

The staff must have protective measures, such as wear welding goggles ,take face mask to protect eyes and face, wear protection working clothes and so on.
