    幹粉砂漿是經幹燥篩分處理的骨料、無機膠凝材料和功能性添加劑按一定比例混合而成的一種顆粒狀或粉狀混合物。通俗地說，主要有黃砂、水泥、稠化粉、粉煤灰和外加劑組成。另外，根據品種要求加入早強劑、快幹劑等外加劑。它可采用包裝或散裝的形式運至工地，按規定比例加水拌和後即可直接使用。

◎  攪拌係統

    攪拌係統采用韓國技術生產無重力雙軸漿葉混合機或進口的單軸梨刀式攪拌機，具有混合精度高、速度快、能耗低、可密封操作的特點。

◎  除塵係統

    所有的粉狀物料，從上料、配料、計量、加料到攪拌出料以及打包都在封閉狀態下進行。全封閉結構的攪拌主體有效的降低了粉塵和噪聲對環境造成的汙染。

◎  控製係統

    整機采用計算機控製，既可自動控製，也可手動操作，操作簡單方便。動態麵板顯示攪拌站各部件的運行情況，同時可以存儲攪拌站的各種數據，按要求打印各類報表資料，存儲配方可達3萬個以上。
